TRANSFER

Knowledge transfer is one of the three essential functions of universities, alongside teaching and research. It refers to the process through which knowledge generated in academia is shared with and applied to society. Through knowledge transfer, research outcomes are transformed into technological innovation, social solutions, cultural development, and economic improvement, whether through collaborations with companies, advising public institutions, entrepreneurship, or science communication. This function enables universities not only to produce knowledge, but also to actively contribute to collective progress and well-being, strengthening the connection between academia and society.
