Salamanca fue galardonada en julio de 2019 con el distintivo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/hrs4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Excellence in Research<\/a>, quedando as\u00ed reconocida a nivel europeo como una instituci\u00f3n activamente involucrada en la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno estimulante y favorable para sus investigadores.<\/p><p>Este distintivo refleja el compromiso por parte de la USAL de mejorar continuamente su Estrategia de Recursos Humanos para Investigadores (HRS4R) de acuerdo con las recomendaciones y principios establecidos por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/charter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la Carta Europea de los Investigadores y el C\u00f3digo de Conducta en la Contrataci\u00f3n de Investigadores<\/a>, y de garantizar un entorno investigador estimulante y atractivo mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de estos principios en todas las pol\u00edticas nuestra instituci\u00f3n.
